Some hope on what is likely to be a stressful day. I wrote this Sunday but it seemed appropriate for today.<\/em><\/p>\n

The light is ever burning
\nIt cannot be laid low.
\nIt shines through every darkness
\nBringing hope with its glow.<\/p>\n

Do not fear the darkness
\nIt cannot stand the light
\nEven as the dawning
\nDrives away the night.<\/p>\n

Even in the deepest nighttime
\nThe defiant stars still burn
\nNo storm can e\u2019re extinguish
\nJust hide them for a turn.<\/p>\n

The storm is cut by lightning
\nThat drives the dark away
\nThe storming battle rages
\nBut the darkness cannot stay.<\/p>\n

So do not fear the darkness
\nStrive ever to the light.
\nThe morning yet is coming
\nIt always ends the night.<\/p>\n
