Many a little boy has dreamed of running away to sea. Here is one set of day dreams.<\/em><\/p>\n

The sea, the sea is calling
\nLike the rhythm of a drum
\nIt calls each night and morning
\nI answer, \u201cI come! I come!\u201d<\/p>\n

I come to find adventure.
\nI come to sail the waves.
\nI come to the harbor
\nTo find out if I\u2019m brave.<\/p>\n

For on the sea are pirates
\nAnd mermaids in the deep
\nAnd monsters still linger
\nAnd sirens singing in your sleep.<\/p>\n

But bold hearts always answer,
\nThough also know the cost,
\nOf fame, yes and fortune,
\nAnd to guard what would be lost.<\/p>\n
