Catch a star in your hand
\nHold it like a burning brand
\nLike a sword against the night
\nLeading with its shining light.<\/p>\n

Take a step and then one more
\nThough you fear they\u2019ve locked the door
\nHold the blazing banner high
\nAgainst the darkness looming nigh.<\/p>\n

Journey on into the day.
\nLight shall guide you on your way.
\nThough traps and snares abound
\nYour kindred gather round.<\/p>\n

Kin of heart and of home
\nWho also now must roam
\nEach one brings a light
\nThat will blaze into the night.<\/p>\n

Lift your star up to the sky,
\nDay by day as time goes by.
\nDo not fear what stalks at night
