Now for something different: a silly little thing sparked by a friend miss hearing “Pirate Ships On the Horizon”.
Pirate Sheep on the Horizon
They sail from shore to shore
Plowing through the deep green waves
Then returning home once more.
Their black sails stand up smartly
From their woolly backs
And the fleet raids together
From meadow to haystacks.
With crook in hand I seek them
To bring them to the fold
And for their crimes we keep them
No matter how brave or bold.
The Captain Ram is crafty
He respects no fence nor land
And often must I seek him
And bring him back in hand.
