A little something fun to brighten your day.
A shining start to the day
The sun a bright friend for play
The children bubble from their doors
And search for fairies on the moons.
Good Fairies all giggle and hide
In grassy fields and river side
Wicked fairies join in, too
And watch the children to catch a few!
Helpful spirits dance and tease
And conspire with the passing breeze
To thwart the wicked fairy plot
And, of course, not get caught.
Childish eyes and innocent hearts
Can find each place a fairy departs
And chase them with the summer breeze
As they chase them through the moorland seas.
And so the wicked are kept at bay
And the good children all get to play.
